We are currently looking for a process operator for BIBS Denmark in Hillerød for a temporary until the end of march, but with the possibility of an extension. In this position, you will become part of their printing team and contribute to positive changes in the company.
BIBS is an exclusive Danish baby and children's brand established in 1978. They are a visionary company with a creative and progressive mindset and an innovative production setup. They aim to offer sustainably produced products that are original, safe, and aesthetic.
About the position
As a process operator, you will be responsible for handling pad printing for BIBS products, including pacifiers, pacifier holders, lunch boxes, etc.
Overall, the tasks will include:
• Managing orders on the printing machine.
• Selecting the appropriate design for the product.
• Handling the machines to ensure correct printing.
• Managing and mixing colors for the print.
• Checking and quality-assuring the print on the products.
In this role, it is crucial to identify the right design for the product and determine which colors need to be mixed and handled. Furthermore, quality assurance is needed to ensure the print is accurate and visually appealing.

To thrive in the role, it is important that you have a positive attitude and a genuine interest in the job. Additionally, you should be proactive, patient, and quick to learn, as it may take time to become familiar with the machines and tasks.

• You are motivated for the position.
• You can understand and communicate in English.
• It is an advantage if you have experience in handling machines or mixing paint/chemicals.
• It is an advantage if you have experience working in production or warehouse.
