We are seeking a new creative maintenance employee with EU residency for our team. We are a unique Danish niche company that can offer an exciting and challenging everyday life in an international environment.
Nordisk Perlite is a Danish family-owned company. We export throughout Europe and we are the only one of its kind in Scandinavia. We are a solidly growing company, we have a broad customer portfolio, and big ambitions for the future. Our team consists of 30 motivated employees, many of whom have an international background. Therefore, we hope that you are as motivated as we are and want to be the missing piece in our team.
You will be part of our dedicated team, where everyone is motivated to make things succeed. You will have a wide range of diverse tasks and challenges, and you don't need to worry about repetitive tasks, we have almost none of those! You will be involved in planning projects and tasks, and you will be part of them from start to finish. The tasks will range from simple to complicated challenges.
Tasks:
- Actively participate in planning and idea generation
- Work on large constructions, either alone or in teams
- Maintenance of machines and production equipment in a tough production environment
- Expand, develop, and optimize production equipment and buildings
- Work with machinery, engines, pumps, automation, and similar
Qualifications:
- Creative and problem-solving thinking
- Can tolerate dirt and work in different environments
- Has a knack for repairing machines and mechanical systems
- Thrives on complex challenges
- Ability to work independently and in teams
